I’m a customer of Deutsche Telekom. I’m experiencing high latency and low throughput when using Cloudflare services. The problem seems to be related to Telekom ↔ Cloudflare Peering in Frankfurt, Germany. Telekom blames Cloudflare. Is there anything that can be done from Cloudflare side?

My typical response to threads like this: Unless AS3320 Deutsche Telekom wants to man up and participate in creating a better Internet, I’m unfortunately afraid you shouldn’t be expecting any remediation from AS3320 Deutsche Telekom (or any of it’s subsidiaries).
