Did you try to add the domain multiple times, getting the “not a registered domain” error? And then eventually you got a “temporarily restricted” message?
The domain was registered about an hour ago, and I suspect you tried to add it multiple times before the registration was actually complete. If this is the case, come back in 24 hours and add it again. It looks like everything is in place to add the domain.
