B64.ink is not a registered domain

I newly registered a domain b64.ink and I want to protect it with Cloudflare, but it get: b64.ink is not a registered domain.

b64.ink is not a registered domain, i get: This web property is temporarily restricted from being added to Cloudflare at this time. Please try again later, or contact Cloudflare Support with any questions.

Did you try to add the domain multiple times, getting the “not a registered domain” error? And then eventually you got a “temporarily restricted” message?

The domain was registered about an hour ago, and I suspect you tried to add it multiple times before the registration was actually complete. If this is the case, come back in 24 hours and add it again. It looks like everything is in place to add the domain.
