Azure SSO failure 'Failed to fetch user/group information' - unable to log in

We utilize Azure SSO to log in, but the certificate expired and now we cannot log in to update the cert.

I cant create a ticket with support without logging in first.

Using ‘forgot password’ does not appear to work.

What are we supposed to do?

Sorry for the issues, tickets do need to be created via the dash, last fallback is create an account ticket from the account you are using here and reference the owner of the account in question along with website name and any other information you want to add.
