Aws dns to balancer wrong

Hi, i put cname with https://demo.api.codigopostal.com/ to my balancer in AWS. The balancer have the configuration of aws certificate of Cloudflare origin server and i got the ERR_SSL_VERSION_OR_CIPHER_MISMATCH.

When i visit direct the url of balancer i got the certificate is not trusted of Cloudflare.

what will be happening?
