AutoSSL did not renew the certificate for the DCV challenge returned no "TXT record that matches

Hello, I got the following error message. I contacted my provider and they said I had to ask Cloudflare:

*DNS DCV: The DNS query to “_cpanel-dcv-test-record” for the DCV challenge returned*
*no “TXT” record that matches the value ... *

*The system failed to fetch the DCV (Domain Control Validation) file at ... Network is unreachable.*

What should I do?

Hi @mmeclimate,

You should go to dash.cloudflare.com, sign in, select your domain, and click on the DNS tab. There you should find all your current DNS records for that domain. If the validation record is not there, you need to create one with the value provided by the service that is requiring validation.

Thank you for the answer. I tried that, but I cannot see any problem there. Everything seems to be fine, but I keep getting the error messages.
