When turning on the proxy for A records, our website homepage was encountering a Too Many Redirects error. Come to find out - we had a Bulk Redirect list configured in Cloudflare and I do not know where it came from. Any clue on how this was created automatically and how we can avoid this issue again?

Have you used Brevo by any chance? Or any other service that’s asked your for your Cloudflare details, API key or token?
Nothing in the audit log appears to relate to this redirect list being automatically added. We have not used Brevo or connected Cloudflare access to any 3rd party service.
The presence of the string domain_connect in the notes on the entry strongly suggest that it was automatically created using delegated authorization to GoDaddy.
I do not use Domain Connect or GoDaddy, so I cannot test this supposition.
