I do not see any domains in the account with the email you posted from. Can you please post one of the domains you’re having an issue with, so we can check the account with the issue?
In checking that zone, it doesn’t looks like anything’s changed in a couple of weeks since Auto Update was disabled. Are you saying some of your zones are still switching modes?
If so, when was the last time saaelagoa.com.br changed on its own?
Additional information about all SSL/TLS options can be found in Origin Server Configuration - Encryption Modes. You are receiving these emails because the automatic SSL/TLS updater is enabled for one or more of your domains. To disable it, turn off the automatic SSL/TLS updater in the dashboard.
Ok, this sounds like it’s more of an errant email issue than any settings changes. For reference, those emails go out on Fridays for any changes during the previous week.
