What is the issue you’re encountering

I have received this email from Clouflare that they have automatically upgraded my SSL/TLS from Full to Strict. I want to ask if this is Okay or should I change it back to Full?

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

I have not changed it back yet.

I have same issue, keeping receive email from CF say my domain’s SSL upgraded from full to strict automatically

Please share when you receive any update regarding it.
I have reverted it to “Full” to keep my website working in smooth way.

Did your website stop working on Full (Strict) or why did you revert the setting?

It started behaving weird. Speed slowed down and users dropped. So I thought I should change it.

The SSL mode would not have anything to do with that. The only difference is that Full is insecure, as it effectively disables encryption between Cloudflare and your server.
