A proxy mode has been (automatically ?) disabled on a DNS record through API despite the fact we didn’t generate any API Key and dont use this feature.
What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?
Manually re-enable the proxy mode on the impacted record.

Were you using some kind of a 3rd-party service such as eZoic for the advertisemens?
Kindly, review the Audit Logs for any clue and proceed with securing your account followed by changing your password, rotating your Glogal API key for your CF account and adding 2FA, if you feel there is a need for such case.
