What is the name of the domain?

What is the issue you’re encountering

Cloudflare DNS records keeps resetting some days after setting it up for outgoing emails. The A records which I turned off is automatically turned on, DMARC record is deleted and dkim is not properly set

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

I keep resetting it each time it does that. I have done that today and cleared cache
