I am adding a new site, rippelfoundation.org. DNS and domain registration are currently with register.com. The scan for DNS records to import is not working. Yesterday it imported no records. Today it imported only 2 records on the first try and only 1 on the second. There are about 20 in DNS at register.com. Any suggestions on how to make this work?
If register doesn’t have a way to export those records, you will have to enter them in manually.

They do not have a way to export.
