This is not a Cloudflare issue since the listed domain does not point to a Cloudflare server. Please contact your hosting provider for support.
It’s possible they just set it back to their old name servers since SSL wasn’t working.
The user should check their Crypto settings at Cloudflare to see the status of their SSL certificate. If it’s still “pending” (or whatever the term is), I suggest they open a support ticket at support.cloudflare.com or send email to support AT cloudflare DOT com from their account’s email address.
