Auto-renewal after saying won't retry email


5 days ago, I’ve got an email saying that auto-renewal failed on one of my domains and they won’t retry auto-renewing. Yet today, the domain got auto-renewed. The issue is not the renewal (I would’ve renewed a few days later), but auto-renewing despite saying the contrary 5 days ago.

I’ve emailed support, but got a bot reply asking me yo post the issue here. Ticket number is 2331414.


That ticket # is in the escalation queue, but it might have to wait until the Billing & Registrar staff get back on Monday.
