Trying to transfer the domain, Cloudflare accepts the EPP code with a check mark. Then, after I click “Confirm and proceed”, it loads the page “Confirm contact information” where I receive the error message and stays there forever.

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

Logged out and back in. Requested the registrar to change the code, the same happens to the new code provided.

I have the same issue with a .com domain transfer.

whois shows a transfer pending

That is not a cloudflare ticket, is that a ticket with your former registrar?

Log into your old registrar and approve the transfer, that will speed the process, you can see that suggestion here on your cloudflare dash, Manage Domains → Find zicket.me → Select Manage

That’s why it’s always better to create a new topic as opposed to me tooing another topic. Symptoms may be the same, but root cause is usually different.

For example, I do not see any websites (zones) in the account you are using here. What is the name of the domain you want to transfer? I see several .com domains in the shared account of which you are a member, but all are already using Cloudflare Registrar.

I am transferring demandsocial.com from NameCheap to Cloudflare. I literally have done the same steps as the OP and got the same error.

demandsocial.com is not active in the account you are using here. It is active in an account where you are a member, but your role there is limited, that’s why the authentication error. You’ll want to contact the Superadmin of the account (the person that invited you to the account) to do the transfer. Let us know if that works out and/or if you encounter any issues.

Problem solved using the master account login, it seems that mine no longer has permission for payments. It would be interesting if there was an error number to better identify the problem.
