What is the issue you’re encountering

When logging in to a new account many features are not available - Authorisation Error Code 10000 and I cannot add a new domain as the error: Requires permission “com.cloudflare.api.account.zone.create” to create zones keeps showing.

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

Clear cache/cookies. Incognito Browser. Different browsers. Logging out/in.

What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

Logging in - error shows every time.

If you keep getting the error, can you create an Account ticket and share your ticket number here? You can open an Account ticket here, https://dash.cloudflare.com/?to=/:account/support

I took steps to correct for that, let us know if that was not successful.

I can’t seem to figure out how I can get ahold of support or use the link you sent me.

From dash.cloudflare.com select Support → Contact Cloudflare → select account and work the form top to bottom and then select that you need to create a ticket.

Before you do that, can you try again from incognito mode to see if the issue persists?

Thank you. The issue appears to be resolved now and the Admin permissions are showing correctly…the error message is gone!
