Getting an “Authentication error” banner when trying to settup a custom domain for a web deployed using cloudflare pages

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

  • Log out, clear cookies, browsing history and cache, log in again
  • Used FF, chrome and chrome incognito

What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

  • Log into cloudflare and select a sheared account
  • Go to “Workers & pages” section
  • Go to “Custom Domains tab”
  • Click on “Set up custom domain”
  • Get the error banner

Thanks for your quick reply! The issue is indeed not resolved yet. I don’t see the option to open a ticket with that link, only a chat with an AI and the option to submit a post to the community. I think this might be related to the fact that I have two associated accounts.
