Thank you @wsig619 sorry for the issues, can you login at dash.cloudflare.com → Support → Contact Cloudflare and select account? Work the form from top to bottom and at the bottom, select that you need more help and to create a ticket. Please share your ticket number here.
Looks like everything is working now… It was a new account, and I guess it was still in the process of being setup? Dunno, but either way, there has to be a more graceful way for cloudflare to do this or at least notify the end user its still being setup…
Not really, this same error 10000 happens on older existing accounts as well. it is a permission mismatch that happens and the account needs manual intervention to resynchronize the policies on the account. The error 10000 is a symptom of that issue.
Unfortunately, error 10000 also sometimes happens if your role is intentionally not scoped to perform a certain action. In the first case, we can easily correct for it, in the later case, the superadmin of the account needs to take an action to adjust the role.
