I’m new to Cloudflare and invited our web developer to be a member of our account. He accepted the invitation but after logging in he gets error “Authentication error (Code: 10000)” and cannot access our account. I’m not sure what to do. How can this be fixed so he can access our account?
Can you ask them to clear cache & cookies and/or try incognito mode to see if they are able to login?
I noticed your domain is not yet active, I do not believe that affects the ability to add members, but let’s try cache/cookies/browser first and see if that fixes it. I see your ticket 2399559 and have added myself to that along with a link to this conversation. Sorry for the issues with this.
Yes clearing cache seemed to fix the issue as my team member can now log in with no issue. Thank you.
