Authentication error (Code: 10000) on new account and error com.cloudflare.api.account.zone.creates

Hello Team,

I have created new account, but always get Authentication Error Code 10000.
And while adding domain getting error - Requires permission “com.cloudflare.api.account.zone.create” to create zones for the selected account

Can someone help here with the issue.
