Authentication error (Code: 10000) on DNS changes

I know this gets asked a lot here, but we are getting this error trying to edit a TXT record or make any other DNS changes.

It’s possible my account just doesn’t have permissions. But if so… our small company (< 10 people) can’t figure out what account owns our site on Cloudflare to change permissions. We’re stuck in purgatory.

Our head of technology passed away so we’re trying to get all accounts like Cloudflare in the hands of another team member, and we’re stuck here.

I need to resolve the Authentication code and/or figure out what account is the administrator of this site in the Cloudflare dash.
