Authentication Error (Code: 10000) after account creation

After I created my account and verified it, I got the message Authentication Error (Code: 10000) and don’t have rights to add any domains or perform any settings.

I tried this in different Browsers (Google Chrome, Chromium, Mozilla Firefox, Brave, Safari, Mullvad Browser, Opera) as well as deleting all cookies, but nothing helped. Further, I opened a ticket almost 3 weeks ago for which I didn’t get any response or confirmation so far.

Can anybody around here help me regarding that?

Can you clear browser cache and try again?
