Authentication error 1022 on login

I have been using cloudlare for the last months. Today when I have try to access using my email and password I received the 1022 Auth error and even when I try to reset the password (forget your password) I do not receive the email. Please, I need to access for DNS changes today. What is happening?

Obviously the email is not this (I need to login for this community), please ask me the account privately.

My fault. I have a mail rule that prevent me seen the cloudflare mails. We can close the case.
