What is the issue you’re encountering

I need to authenticate my domain in order to use my email marketing program (Constant Contact)

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

There’s nothing I can do. I need my host to “Copy the records below and add them to the DNS settings for your website.” There’s no customer service number or ticket that I can open

You need to do this yourself when using Cloudflare. You can do that here after you select your domain: https://dash.cloudflare.com/?to=/:account/:zone/dns/records

I selected my domain, but I have no idea what to do after that step. Do you have instructions?

You click on “add record” and then fill in the information given to you.

Any idea how long it typically takes? Because I tried that about 90 minutes ago and I’m still unable to send emails from my domain. The Proxy Status says “Proxied”

It takes seconds.

The proxy status should be DNS-Only.

So if it doesn’t say DNS-Only, I can assume something went wrong?

If it doesn’t say DNS only, you need to change it to DNS-Only.
