We are seeing 503 errors come up lately, our web server told us this is because Cloudflare is RATE LIMITING. We cannot contact Cloudflare because their online support is gone.

What can be done here? We pay CF each month and did NOT expect this.

We are seeing this also BUT CANNOT CONTACT Cloudflare BECAUSE THEIR ONLINE SUPPORT IS GONE ???

Did you read this from the other thread you posted in @pabloloveschess?

Cloudflare rate limiting is user-configured (and would give you an error page, not a 503) - 503’s are in most cases when they’re returned by the origin.

Has your host checked the error logs of whichever software you’re using (i.e nginx, apache) to see if there’s anything in there?

Edit: looks like domjh has already answered.

My server is blaming it on Cloudflare.

My reply was just regarding the rate limiting product (which after looking at your images, isn’t relevant here) - domjh is correct, there’s an email address for Cloudflare support that you can contact.
