Remember, enforcement of the site’s behavior is up to the site owner’s hosting provider.
Probably not, there are exceptions (Cloudflare Pages), but generally cloudflare nameservers show if a site us using cloudflare to make it faster & more secure, cloudflare is not the hosting provider.
