AT&T Email Deliverability

What is the name of the domain?

schcap.net

What is the issue you’re encountering

Emails sent to @att.net email addresses from my custom domain automatically send them to the spam folder

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

I am using Cloudflare, Brevo, and Gmail to set up custom domains and I am able to send and receive emails correctly, but when I send emails to anyone with an AT&T (@att.net) email, they are automatically delivered to the spam folder. I am unsure why this is. I have tested my domain and it passes all tests except for SPF alignment which I believe Brevo states that this is unavoidable and should not affect email deliverability. I was just wondering how I can fix this.

What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

Send an email to any @att.net email address from my custom domain and it is sent to the spam folder automatically - this does not happen with any other domains like gmail or outlook.

It may be because that domain is less than a month old. Many mail providers are more critical when it comes to mail coming from brand new domains, since many are throwaway domains used for spamming.

If you can, check the full headers in the spammed message for spam scores.

So I may just have to wait for my domain to be a little older? How much older - just a month?

It’s not because the SPF is not aligned?

I checked the headers and didn’t see any spam scores.
