Assistance Required with Updating DMARC Record for Webflow-Hosted Site

Hi Cloudflare Support,

I hope this message finds you well.

Our website, hosted on Webflow, uses Cloudflare for DNS management. We are encountering an issue updating our DMARC record. Our email provider, GoDaddy, has provided us with the following DMARC record details:

When attempting to update this record in Cloudflare, we receive an error indicating the policy tag is invalid. Could you please assist us in updating the DMARC record as specified above?

Thank you for your assistance.

Best regards,

Sorry, i Meant they want me to update the DMARC record to below

Type: TXT
Name: _dmarc
Value: v=DMARC1; p=policy; pct=100

I am unable to update it without the p=none/reject/quarantine.

All my emails are going to spam. Please help!

p=policy probably means…

p={policy} where policy is one of none, quarantine or reject” according to your choice (since those are the only 3 valid values).

Start with none to ensure mail is delivered. Then check your SPF record is valid and aim to tighten your DMARC record to quarantine then reject.

Thank you; i have tested this emails are working fine with “reject” and SPF records seems to be fine. Fingers crossed clients are getting my emails and its not going to SPAM.

Thank you once again :slight_smile:
