Dear,

I hope this email finds you well.

I am writing to seek your assistance regarding an issue I am experiencing with locating the CA Bundle (also referred to as “CA intermediate files” or “full chain certificates”) within the Cloudflare Dashboard.

Despite my efforts to navigate the dashboard and consult the available documentation, I have been unable to identify the precise location or method to obtain these files. Your guidance on this matter would be highly appreciated, as it is critical for the secure setup and maintenance of our systems.

Could you please provide detailed instructions or direct me to the appropriate resources to locate and download the CA Bundle from the Cloudflare Dashboard?

Thank you in advance for your support and prompt response.

If you are looking for the edge certificates, you can’t download those.

If you are looking for the CA root certificate for the Cloudflare origin certificate, it is here…

Note there is no intermediate certificate and the Cloudflare origin certificate is only trusted by Cloudflare so requires use of the proxy…

Assistance Required for Locating CA Bundle File on Cloudflare Dashboard

Dear,

I hope this email finds you well.

I am writing to seek your assistance regarding an issue I am experiencing with locating the CA Bundle (also referred to as “CA intermediate files” or “full chain certificates”) within the Cloudflare Dashboard. This file is a compulsory parameter for installing an SSL certificate to secure our [syscom.co.in](http://syscom.co.in) and *.[syscom.co.in](http://syscom.co.in) URLs.

CA bundle is a file that contains root and intermediate certificates. The end-entity certificate along with a CA bundle constitutes the certificate chain.
