I have been trying to connect my Readymag site to my domain (naldo.work) using Cloudflare, but I am encountering an issue.
What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?
I have been trying to connect my Readymag site to my domain (naldo.work) using Cloudflare, but I am encountering an issue. On the Readymag platform, I keep receiving the following message: “Remove the AAAA-record from your DNS settings to disable IPv6.”
I am unsure how to proceed with this and would appreciate your guidance on how to resolve the issue.
Thank you for your assistance.
What feature, service or problem is this related to?
Set the relevant DNS records to “DNS only” to allow your host to see them. You may be able to switch back to “Proxied” afterwards, but that’s something you’ll need to test. If your DNS records are “DNS only” then no Cloudflare features can be applied to the traffic as it will be going direct to your host.
There is no AAAA record (IPv6) able to found in your DNS zone. As you’ve set the DNS records to DNS-only, please attempt to connect again and let us know the outcome.
