Assistance Required: CNAME Cross-User Banned Error for Domain Configuration

I am writing to seek assistance with an issue we have encountered regarding our domain, help.earlyventures.com. We have been using this domain to point to an article on Intercom via a CNAME record. This setup previously functioned without issues but has recently started showing an “Error 1014: CNAME Cross-User Banned”.

help.earlyventures.com is pointing to us.intercomhelpcenter.com.

The error you see suggests a configuration error on their side, as they need to “allow” you to point a CNAME record to their domain.

You will need to contact intercomhelpcenter.com for further information.

i did already, as it was working before, they said the issue was on cloudflare side

Yes, this is a Cloudflare problem, but the problem is in their Cloudflare account, not in yours.

If it previously worked and now stopped working, please try to remove your custom domain from their service and add it again according to their tutorial:

This should usually make the necessary configurations in their Cloudflare account.
