Assistance Needed with Switching CDN from Cloudflare to SiteGround

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

Hi,

I previously activated the CDN through the Cloudflare.com dashboard but now I’m trying to switch it to SiteGround. I’ve removed the website from my Cloudflare dashboard, but when I attempt to activate the CDN in SiteGround, I encounter an error.

SiteGround’s customer service advised me to check whether my website is still listed in Cloudflare’s database. Could you please guide me on how to verify that?

At the moment your site is using Cloudflare nameservers and is active on Cloudflare and using the Cloudflare proxy…

You either need to use Siteground’s DNS records in your Cloudflare DNS and set them to “DNS only” to bypass the Cloudflare proxy, or if you want to remove the site from Cloudflare completely, change the nameservers at your domain registrar to Siteground’s or another DNS provider.
