What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

  1. When trying to add DNS records for my domain (anthonydrodriguezir.com), I receive the following error: "AAAA record conflict. Please remove All AAAA records.
  2. Go High Level support confirmed that the issue is caused by multiple AAAA records in my Cloudflare account. I need assistance removing these AAAA records to proceed.
  3. Steps to reproduce: Attempt to connect the domain to Go High Level, and the error appears during DNS record setup.

Cloudflare will be returning AAAA records automatically if you proxy your DNS records. At the moment your domain isn’t using Cloudflare so you need to change the nameservers at your registrar to the 2 allocated Cloudflare ones…

Once changed, you can temporarily set the DNS records to “DNS only” so they are returned as you have set to pass GHL’s checks.

Getting this error from GHL is silly as they use Cloudflare anyway. Ideally use their CNAME instead of A records so when proxied you can take advantage of Cloudflare O2O…

Thanks for the help. I’m encountering an issue with quadruple a records causing DNS errors, and I’m hoping someone can help. I’ve already checked that my name servers that go, Daddy are correctly pointing to cloudflare as suggested in the community post. I am replying to however, a cloudflare diagnostic. Check is reporting. The DNS records for your domain are not resolving and notes. There are nameservers that are not in the cloudflare IP space. I am not sure how to resolve this. Any guidance would be appreciated.

Your domain is now active on Cloudflare, but your DNS records are pointing to both Go High Level (162.159.140.166, via their Cloudflare account) and AWS (15.197.148.33, likely your previous host). It should only be one of these.
