I can replicate the error on the subdomain but not on the root. Trust & Safety may be able to tell you more but if it were a violation or terms issue I’d expect to see the error on the root as well. Did you contact your hosting provider to see if they are having 522 issues with their infrastructure?
The domain is generating a 522 error and returning a custom error page. No indication the domain is banned, it appears that the origin is simply unavailable.
Is there by any a chance a paid ticket option to call or interact with cloudflare support? I am asking as I tried to find any logs for this and not getting any where
