Describe the issue you are having:
We have WP Fastest Cache on their site and it is causing errors with Contact Form. The issue is the caching and it says the site is tied to CF CDN.
The problem is, the client has no idea why their website is loaded on CF - what the account or PW is - and how long it has been with CF.
Being part of CF is not the issue - being able to login and manage their website is.
What steps should we take to get them back on track?
There are two options available when you have a Cloudflare account that you cannot access. If you cannot recover the account using self-service tools, you can start over in a new account.
The only way you’ll be able to regain access is by having access to the email address of the account.
