Asked by Bluehost to update domain records after moving website account

My website is currently down after we moved it from one Bluehost account to another. Bluehost advised we contact our domains service provider and ask them to update the following. HOST: @ TYPE: A Points to: 162.241.216.245 TTL:14400 Been on here trying to see where exactly I do this. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Editing DNS Records

This tutorial covers editing DNS records. Go to the DNS app of your Cloudflare dashboard. Enter your credentials and click ‘Log In’ Click the domain in question On this page, you will see a list of the DNS records for your domain. This page is where you edit them. You will see the list of records like this: [DNS Page] You can click the edit button to the right of any record to change it, then click ‘save’ when you’re done.
