Probably. Best way to find out is to add it to your account and see if it lets you.

Assuming you are talking about domains already one level after the publicly accessible one you most likely cant add such domains.

The free domain provider has used Cloudflare as its DNS so I can’t use Cloudflare again.
The problem is not DNS but that the domain they offer is not directly beneath an official TLD but their own SLD.
