As the domain administrator how do we get access to cloudflare account?

Trying to find cloudflare account for customer. They don’t know who signed up for it.

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

I’ve tried going directly to the support link but I only can get a chat bot.

What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

The customer does not know or has forgotten what Cloudflare account they registered under. We want to find out where there website is hosted. We can access the DNS if proof of website authority is needed. Their website is taking ages to load. There are three websites in particular that seem to be being routed halfway around the world and back. These are: https://kapiti.watsonrealestate.nz/, https://horowhenua.watsonrealestate.nz/, and https://campaigns.watsonrealestate.nz/. Their load times are terrible. We suspect that their cloudflare proxy is a long way from their website and their client base. Are you able to assist? Thanks.

Go to https://dash.cloudflare.com and select “Forgot your email” which will send an email to the account holder where the domain is active.

The domain was added to Cloudflare on 2020-07-24 if that helps them remember who did it.

If that doesn’t work you’ll need to take control of the DNS by changing the nameservers at the domain registrar to those for a new Cloudflare account, or another DNS provider. Cloudflare isn’t going to give you any information about an account that is not yours so you’ll need to locate the hosting provider by looking for payment records for that hosting or other means.
