What is the issue you’re encountering

after configuring the new nameservers, aruba mail no longer works, nor does sending newsletters. I followed several guides but I’m not clear on what the problem is. where am I going wrong? did I enter everything or is something missing? or maybe I set something incorrectly. I’m confused

What feature, service or problem is this related to?

DNS records

mi scuso per i diversi messaggi con gli screenshot, sapete aiutarmi ? Grazie :folded_hands:

There are 2 mechanisms in DNS that allow services to use your domain for email.

The first is SPF:
You have an SPF record, but it does not list any senders. You’ll want to check if you can find the SPF record in your old DNS somewhere and copy it.
Your current record only has a -all, which means no one is allowed to use your domain (don’t remove that!).

The second mechanism is DKIM:
You have a DKIM record, but you can just delete that. You can’t make up a DKIM record on your own, you need to use the one that your email service supplies you with.

Note: You don’t need both SPF and DKIM. While it’s common that email providers use both, some will only have either DKIM or SPF, which is completely fine. But you really can’t “create” these records yourself, you need to get them from your email service.

If you can’t find these records, you might need to switch back to your old nameservers temporarily so we (or you) can check what you used previously.

Initially before changing the nameservers, I should have followed the DNS management procedure (now honestly I don’t remember very well), I didn’t insert the txt records present in the first screenshot (except the Google one) but they were added automatically. Can’t I modify the existing one? At the moment Aruba mail only works in reception, if I send they don’t come out. uff
