I need access to a cloudflare hosted domain for a client. They had someone setup their domain however that individual cannot be contacted for credentials for that domain. This organization is moving to office 365 and the lookup for the domain points to servers however i cannot access these server to make the dns entry

The only way you’ll be able to regain access is by having access to the email address of the account.
