Are subtitles inside .mkv files encoded when using cf stream?

I’ve looked through the documentation but haven’t been able to find any information about it.

If I upload an mkv file with embedded subtitles, will they be encoded into the final file?

If any, what type of subtitles are supported? .■■■? .srt?
