We have it set up on one of our sites and very little has been sent since august 9. I’m asking here in part because it isn’t possible to submit tickets through the help system right now.
Anyone have any insights?
I’m at the page where I’m supposed to be able to submit a request, but that there seems to be no way to submit it. The site is on the business plan.
I even mark the suggested answers like so and nothing happens (I’ve tried with chrome and firefox)
I’m thinking it might be time to reconsider the large position I have of cloudflare stcok 
You have selected Technical Support in your screenshot. Does your domain have a subscription that includes a support entitlement other than the account, billing, and registrar requests avaialble toball accounts?

What issue are you encountering?
Have you made any changes to the pages that you are pointing to in your screenshot? From my understanding, IndexNow sends requests to update when changes are made to a page. If no changes have been made, then a request is not sent to IndexNow. You can refer to our Crawler Hints blog post for more information under the heading How it Works. The site creates about 100K new pages a day. You can see from the screen shot, up until 8/9 about 10K pages a day were being submitted.

weird I thought I made two topics today.
But the original problem is that crawler hints stopped crawling agreatertown.com 8/9. It’s an enormous site with 100K pages changing every day.
You did, neither had much detail so I merged them together.
