Are Images and Streams still restricted for disproportional Non-HTML delivery?

For Workes & Pages, what is the name of the domain?

droptomizer.com

What is the issue or error you’re encountering

Previously, section 2.8 of the Self-serve Agreement prohibited the disproportional use of Cloudflare Images and Streams and websites that - for example - only served Images and Streams but did not have a significant amount of HTML too would get banned without warnings. This section has since been removed, but given the precedent of e.g. ImageBoss.me and others who were restricted because they were serving images for customers, I wanted to ask what’s Cloudflare’s position on this currently. My context is that I’ve build a small project called droptomizer.com where clients can upload images and embed direct links into their website. I use Cloudflare Images for hosting, transforming, and serving these images. I want to use Cloudflare Streams to extend my product into video content soon and I’m happy to pay for all that, but I just want to make sure that Cloudflare will not pull the rug from underneath me because I’m mainly serving Images and not HTML content.

For context, in this community post, somebody had their website restricted exactly because of this reason: Video Stream Restriction

The limitations applied (and still apply) only to the regular proxy service where you serve content straight from your server. It does not apply to the dedicated content services, such as the ones you mentioned, as those are paid and specifically for such purposes.

Got it. Thank you!

Just one more question since you said that it still applies to the regular proxy service: Do you maybe have a link to that restriction in the terms and conditions? I could not find this text in terms, but I was also not sure which service-specific terms to look into it. Much appreciated!
