Are bug reports from .TR ending up in /dev/null?

I am a paying WARP+ customer and when I try to connect to Cloudflare Warp+ under Windows 10 Desktop with stable or beta client, it doesn’t connect and also breaks the entire established connection.
I have sent 3-4 different bug reports with the logs. Every single time, I got “We have your feedback” e-mail.
I am assuming my reports are ending up in /dev/null .
Does your Turkish office delete reports or doesn’t pass it to you? I have really started to suspect it, I can’t believe one of the World’s largest network providers ignore bug reports. Please investigate.
