Bonjour,
après avoir forcer le https pour mon site, j’ai un problème (error) sur un sous-domaine hébergeant un Joomla. Merci pour votre aide.
Hello @thejazzhour, can you post the exact error you’re receiving, post a screenshot or the domain name?
https://www.laseynejazzworkshop.com/livredor/administrator/index.php
Warning: session_start(): Failed to read session data: user (path: /var/lib/php5/sessions) in /flex/storage/laseynejazzworkshop.com/site/www/livredor/libraries/joomla/session/handler/native.php on line 260
Error: Failed to start application: Failed to start the session
Thank you for your help !
(I use Cloudflare for the domain laseynejazzworkshop.com (force https) but I use a sub-domain /livredor with Joomla….)
Mon site est toujours inaccessible depuis que j’utilise Cloudflare… Error: Failed to start application: Could not connect to MySQL server.
Hi @thejazzhour, I do get the same mistake with joomla - how did you get the problem fixed? Do you still use Cloudflare?
Hello,
I changed the server address for this parameter in configuration.php : public $host = ‘’
I don’t know why but it works.
Because you are not connecting to Cloudflare’s proxy anymore but the empty string - presumably - defaults to localhost.
Hello Sandro, the string is not empty. I replaced an address by another. I found a new server address in mysql admin. Until I don’t use Cloudflare, all was ok but after, error and white page on my joomla. I search and finally I changed the old address server…
It appeared empty from what you posted.
Anyhow, if you now specified a hostname where you can actually connect to it will obviously have fixed the apparent connection issue.
