What is the name of the domain?

themalhotras.co.uk

What is the issue you’re encountering

shows simplyfix.cloudflareaccess instead of themalhotras.cloudflareaccess

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

simplyfix was a old domain removed about a year ago from cloudflare. when setting up the apps and going into zero trust theres only one domain to choose from which is themalhotras.co.uk. dns records do not have simplyfix mentioned in any of them under themalhotras.co.uk

What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

nas.themalhotras.co.uk
