What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

Verified yaml config file syntax and “no-quic: true”. Explicitly set CLOUDFLARED_NO_QUIC=1 env vrbl.

Apple’s TCP “Limit IP address tracking” is off. I don’t get the error when I disconnect Warp, of course, but in that case cloudflared hangs (and remote desktop connection fails).
