What is the issue you’re encountering
App has policy set to allow Everyone although not showing up on the app launcher dashboard once user logged in with OTP.
What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?
I have tested the policy to ensure that the user policy all works and ensured that this policy is applied to the application.
Used incognito browser for login.
What are the steps to reproduce the issue?
login at jjackson.cloudflareaccess.com and the page has no tiles for the app. I have only one app and using fairly open auth for testing.
Only one member which is myself. I just created account recently so I am assuming new policies.
No Rule Groups are built, just basing the policy on OTP for testing and will tighten once this is working. Set to allow Everyone. I can see PrivateNet and Bookmarks although will not Self-Hosted (which is the one that the policy is set for). The policy tester shows that both of my email addresses/users have access.
I only have one Zero Trust team. It almost seems that the “Self-Hosted” is not mapping to the App Launcher for some permission issue, but it shows good when testing. I understand even if the app isn’t properly connected it should still load in the app loader.
Further, I only have a private IP assigned to the app that is not showing from “Self Hosted” If I add a hostname it will appear in the app launcher. I also have a tunnel set up with cloudflared and the IP assigned and healthy accross that tunnel. Is there something special I have to do to associate the app with the IP on the other side of the tunnel.
