App Launcher bookmarks error

Hello, I’m trying to set up the App Launcher through Cloudflare for Teams by adding all the applications my team uses.

I have managed to successfully add Self-Hosted and SaaS applications to the launcher without any problems. However, when I add bookmarks to third-party applications that don’t support SSO (QuickBooks for example), then I get an error “DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN” when I click on the corresponding shortcut in the launcher.

Any ideas why this could be happening?
