What is the issue you’re encountering
I just see a spinning wheel when trying to “Apply recomended settings” in the plugin. All setings I apply is not applied any longer after reloading the page.
What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?
I have Cloudflare pro, trying to activate APO, but I can’t. I contacted Cloudflare support 4 days ago with no response. I signed up and paid for a year just so that I can use APO.
I have done all of this, and it’s still not working:
- Deactivated all other plugins except Cloudflare.
- Used different API tokens / keys.
- Uninstalled, reinstalled.
- Updated everything to the latest version, plugins, themes, WordPress etc.
- Rolled back to older versions, and deactivated all other plugins again. Tried on multiple versions.
- I don’t have any other cache plugin installed or activated.
- Don’t have any origin server cache.
- My origin server provider cannot see any issues on my server.
- allowlisted all Cloudflare IP addresses on my origin server.
- Followed all steps in Cloudflare troubleshoot.
FIY I do see in the console log when visiting the Cloudflare plugin settings page, multiple errors like this one “/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php?action=cloudflare_proxy:1 Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 502 ()”
Can anyone help? Our launch date is getting closer, and I need to fix this ASAP.
Does Cloudflare not monitor their support mail even for pro subscribers?
