I would like to use Wordpress APO new service to a website client. But, I can’t change clients’ nameservers to cloudflare. Is there a way to still use the APO service ? Thanks
CloudFlare Services can just be used by routing traffic through CloudFlare. This is getting done with changing NameServers to the one CloudFlare provides to you.
I think in enterprise plan there should be an option to use it without.
I’ve found a way to connect my website to Cloudflare through cPanel option “Cloudflare” . The connection was made automatically with a CNAME record.
Then I installed Cloudflare wordpress plugin. I purchased APO and activated.
APO says it’s ON but I don’t see any kind of Cloudflare cache on the Headers Response.
Without using a Cloudflare name server, your host needs to be a Cloudflare Partner. That’s the only way to get the cPanel option to work.

Yes, my host is a Cloudflare Partner and I’ve set using the CNAME option.

If you don’t see any Cloudflare headers, then your site is not proxied by Cloudflare. If you post the domain name, we can take a closer look.
I don’t know how that site could be using Cloudflare. It’s using Amazon (Route 53?) name servers. Regardless, it’s not being proxied by Cloudflare.
As I said, the website is hosted on a Cloudflare Partner so I used the Cloudflare option on the Cpanel which automatically added Cloudflare. When I go to my Cloudflare account and pick this domain I see this message
" Great news! Cloudflare is now protecting your site. Data about your site’s usage will be here once available."
So the information provided by Cloudflare is not correct. Correct ?
You’ll have to check with them what’s going on. They should be able to explain why your site isn’t proxied by Cloudflare.
